Job Description :

Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA), Hamirpur, invites online applications from eligible candidates for various posts (Regular/ Job-Trainee/ Permanent) under different departments in Himachal Pradesh.

D.Ed. in Special Education from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved institution, and possess a valid RCI & CRR number. OR B.Ed. with a recognized qualification (Certificate/Diploma) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved institution, and possess a valid RCI & CRR number. Six-month training in teaching in the disability area in inclusive education. Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by H.P Board of School Education, Dharamshala, District Kangra, or any other Agency authorized by the Government.
2	Special Educator (VI–XII)	83	Graduation in any stream from a recognized University with at least 50% marks. Bachelor of Education Degree (Special Education) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved institution, and possess a valid RCI & CRR number. OR B.Ed. with a recognized qualification (Certificate/ Diploma) from a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) approved institution, and possess a valid RCI & CRR number. Six-month training in teaching in the disability area in inclusive education. Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by H.P Board of School Education, Dharamshala, District Kangra, or any other Agency authorized by the Government. Note: There is a 5% relaxation in the eligibility/qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC & PHH candidates.
3	Junior Office Assistant (Library) (as Job Trainee)	78	10+2 with 50% marks in any discipline from a recognized Board/University One-year Diploma in Library Science/Library and Information Science, OR Bachelor's in Library Science/ Library and Information Science.
4	Steno Typist (as Job Trainee)	1	Should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board of School Education. Must possess the following speed in both languages, i.e., English and Hindi Speed in Shorthand: 60WPM Speed in typing on the Computer: 25WPM

Pay Scale:
For Special Educator (Pre-Primary to Class V): Pay Level 08
For Special Educator (VI–XII): Pay Level 10
For Junior Office Assistant (Library) and Steno Typist: As per Job-Trainee pay norms

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years as on 01-01-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer-based Test (CBT)/ screening test, Stenograph Speed test, followed by the Document Verification.

Syllabus:

Subjects(s)/field(s) up to the level of prescribed essential qualification(s) (85 questions).
General Knowledge, including General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, and Current Affairs. Everyday Science, Logical Reasoning, Social Science, General English & General Hindi of Matric Standard. (Total- 35 questions)
