Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Skilled Tradesmen on fixed tenure contract basis to work in Gun Carriage Factory, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, to fulfill urgent production requirements on specific project basis for a period of One year which may be extended based on factory requirement and individual performance.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed NTC/ NAC or an Engineering Diploma/ Degree in a relevant Trade/Field from a recognized institute having Government affiliation.

Candidates must possess at least 02 to 03 Years' Experience in a relevant work area in a well-reputed company/organization supported by an experience certificate from the employer.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years as on 31-05-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the marks scored in the NCTVT and trade test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit

The merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in the NCTVT Exam and Trade test/ Practical Test.

Salary: Rs. 31,840/- Per Month

Tenure Period: 01 Year

Application Fee: Rs.200 for UR/ OBC Category Candidates
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST are exempted from paying the application fee.
