CSIR- Advanced Materials & Processes Research Institute (AMPRI), Bhopal [A constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), an Autonomous body under Ministry of Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, Government of India] is one of the premier R&D Institutions in the country dedicated in conducting high-quality research in the area of Advanced Materials and is engaged in developing promising technologies.

CSIR-Advanced Materials & Processes Research Institute (AMPRI), invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of the Scientist positions.

Scientist: 17 Vacancies
Senior Scientist: 03 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Scientist Posts: Candidates must possess a M.E./ M.Tech. Degree in the area of Metallurgy/ Materials Science/ Mechanical/ Advanced Manufacturing or equivalent with 3 years of experience.
OR
Ph.D. in Materials Science or equivalent with 2 years
OR
Ph.D. in Engineering in the area of Metallurgy/ Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering/ Advanced Manufacturing or
equivalent.

Scientist Posts: Candidates must possess a M.E./M.Tech. Degree in Computational Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science/ Computational Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of experience
OR
Ph.D. in Computational Materials Science/ Computational Physics or equivalent with 2 years of experience
OR
Ph.D. in Engineering computational disciplines or equivalent.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years for Scientist, 37 years for Senior Scientist posts as on 10-12-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 11 for Scientist
Pay Level of 12 for Senior Scientist

Application Fee: Rs. 500/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from submission of application fee.
