  Bihar Staff Selection Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Field Assistant under Bihar Agricultural Project under the control of Directorate of Agriculture, Bihar.

  Field Assistant: 268 Vacancies

  Important Dates:
  Commencement of Online Applications: 25-04-2025
  Last Date of Online Application: 21-05-2025

  Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess I.Sc./ Agriculture Diploma from a recognized Institute/ University.

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 37 years as on 01-08-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

  Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Preliminary Exam followed by the Mains Exam. Candidates must have qualified in the Preliminary Exam to appear in the Mains Exam.

  Pay Scale: Pay Level-02

  Application Fee: Rs.540 for all category candidates (Male/ Female) of General Category/ Backward Class/ Extremely Backward Class from outside Bihar state
  Rs.135 for Backward SC/ ST/ disabled persons and Women of all categories (only for permanent residents of Bihar)
