Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Miniratna Category-I, Public Sector Enterprise, was incorporated in the year 1970 under the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India. A pioneer in the manufacture of Anti-Tank Guided Missiles, today, BDL has evolved as a conglomerate, manufacturing ATGMs of later generations, Strategic Weapons, Launchers, Underwater Weapons, Decoys and Test Equipments. The customers of the Organization are all three wings of the Armed Forces, Government of India.

Selected candidates will be posted to any of the Units/ Offices of the Company i.e. at Corporate Office, Hyderabad (T.G.), Kanchanbagh Unit, Hyderabad, (T.G.), Bhanur Unit, Sangareddy District. (T.G.), Visakhapatnam Unit (A.P.), Ibrahimpatnam Unit, Ranga Reddy District (T.G), Liaison Office (New Delhi) or New upcoming project locations across India as per the requirement of the Company.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years as on 10-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test (computer-based online test) and an interview.

Pay Scale: Rs. 29,500/- pm During 1st Year for Trainee Engineer/ Trainee Officer
Rs. 24,500/- pm During 1st Year for Trainee Diploma Assistant/ Trainee Assistant

Application Fee: Rs. 300/- for  UR/ EWS/ OBC (NCL) category candidates.
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Internal Permanent Employees candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
