Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for Associate Professor, Lecturer, Senior Programmer, 45 years for Scientist, 35 years for Veterinary Officer posts.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for Medical Officer, Asst. Nursing Superintendent, Clinical Psychologist, and Child Psychologist posts. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: The candidate will be selected based on performance in the Interview.

Site of Interview: Interviews will be held at AIIMS Bathinda or any other place as decided by the Executive Director, AIIMS, Bathinda.

Probation period: The period of probation is Two years.

Pay Scale: Pay Level-12 for Reader/Assoc. Professor posts
Pay Level-11 for Scientist, Lecturer, Senior Medical Officer, and Senior Programmer posts
Pay Level-10 for Medical Officer, Asst. Nursing Superintendent, Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer, Clinical Psychologist, Child Psychologist, and Veterinary Officer posts

Application Fee: Rs. 2360/- for General/ OBC/ EWS Candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen category candidates are exempted from the application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
