Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Candidates must have undergone a Category-6 Dangerous Goods training course duly approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) or International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in relevant subject with 55 % marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed) from a recognized University/ Institute.

Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test, conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/ SET (State Level Eligibility Test) OR who are OR have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in related subject in accordance with the UGC Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/ SLET/ SET.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 35 years for Assistant Professor posts and 40 years for Dangerous Goods Inspector posts as on 28-02-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Pay Scale: Pay Level- 11 for Dangerous Goods Inspector posts
Pay Level- 10 for Assistant Professor posts
