Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, invites online applications for a one-year apprenticeship program in various trades at its Corporate Centre, Northern Region, Western Region, and Southern Region.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a full-time regular graduate degree/ diploma/ ITI qualification in their respective discipline/ trade from a recognized institute/ university. They must pass the desired qualification within two years from the closing date of application. Candidates must have more than one year of job experience. 

Candidates should be passed out within two years from the closing date of application (i.e. from 12-03-2024 to 11-03-2026). 

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 18 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected for apprentice positions based on merit.

Apprenticeship Training Duration: Apprenticeship training shall be one year from their date of joining.

Stipend: Rs. 13,500/ for ITI Apprentices
Rs. 15,000/ for Diploma Apprentices
Rs. 17,500 per month for Graduate Apprentices
