Project and Development India Limited (PDIL) A Mini Ratna Category-i PSU, is seeking qualified Diploma and Degree Engineers to join our team for contract positions of up to 3 years. Successful candidates will work on various industrial projects, including fertilisers, chemicals, oil & gas, power, refinery, and petrochemicals, at different PDIL locations across India.

Personal Interview Schedule: 1st / 2nd week of October 2024(tentative) 

Eligibility: 

• Candidates with relevant Diploma or Engineering Degree (minimum 60% marks, 55% for SC/ST)
• Work experience in relevant fields (Fertilisers, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power, Refinery, Petrochemicals etc.)
• Candidates should be proficient in Computers, MS Office and relevant specialized software.  

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for candidates as on July 31, 2024, is as follows:

• Engineer Gr-I / Executive Gr-I: 37 years
• Engineer Gr-II / Executive Gr-II: 35 years
• Engineer Gr-III / Executive Gr-III: 32 years
• Diploma Engineer Gr-II / Jr. Executive Gr-II: 40 years

However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and demonstrate the strongest qualifications and experience for the applied role will be shortlisted for personal interviews. Final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the personal interview and their overall suitability for the position.

Pay Scale: The pay scale varies based on factors like location, experience, and company policies.

Engineer Gr-I / Executive Gr-I: ₹ 53,730 - 59,700

Engineer Gr-II / Executive Gr-II: ₹ 46,620 - 51,800/-

Engineer Gr-III / Executive Gr-III: ₹ 38,250 - 42,500/-

Diploma Engineer Gr-II / Jr. Executive Gr-II: ₹ 28,890 - 32,100/-
