Job Description :

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), which is India’s flagship energy major and a ‘Maharatna’ Central Public Sector Enterprise engaged in the Exploration and Production of Oil & Gas in India and abroad, as a measure of Skill Building initiative for the Nation, proposes to engage apprentices from its operational areas at its location across 25 work centers.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended from time to time) in the trade/ disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 24 as on 06-11-2025. Candidate/ Applicant should be between 06-11-2001 and 06-11-2007. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the merit drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination as stipulated in the advertisement.

Pay Scale: Graduate Apprentice Rs.12,300/- per month
Three years Diploma Rs. 10,900/- per month
Trade Apprentices Rs. 8,200/- per month
Trade Apprentices Rs. 9,600/- per month
Trade Apprentices Rs. 10,560/- per month
