NTPC Limited, India’s largest integrated power utility, is driving the nation’s progress with an installed capacity of 82,977 MW and a strong presence across the entire power generation value chain. As we target an ambitious 150 GW capacity by 2032, we are inviting energetic and promising young professionals with excellent academic records to join NTPC Projects/ Stations as Executive Trainee (HR).

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology/ AMIE with minimum 65% marks as per respective university/ institute norms from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.

Candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) - 2025.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 25-02-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification on the basis of GATE-2025 Score.

Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000

Application Fee: Rs. 500 for General/ EWS/ OBC category candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ XSM/ Female are exempted from paying Application fees.
