Job Description :

NTPC Limited, India’s largest integrated power utility, is driving the nation’s progress with an installed capacity of 82,977 MW and a strong presence across the entire power generation value chain. As we target an ambitious 150 GW capacity by 2032, we are inviting energetic and promising young professionals with excellent academic records to join NTPC Projects/ Stations as Executive Trainee (HR).

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Graduates Degree with at least two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management, or Masters in Social Work/ MHROD/ MBA (HR) from a recognized Indian University/ Institute (recognized by statutory authority) with minimum 65% marks, as per university/ institute norms.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 29 years as on 09-09-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will appear for an All India Online Selection Test. The test consists of:
Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)
Executive Aptitude Test (EAT)

Candidates must qualify both SKT and EAT separately.

Based on merit and post requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview/ GD and Personal Interview. All shortlisted candidates after written test will have to secure minimum qualifying marks in Personal Interview/ GD and Personal Interview, as applicable.

Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000

Application Fee: Rs. 500 for General/ EWS/ OBC category candidates
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ XSM/ Female are exempted from paying Application fees.
