NPCIL, is a premier Public Sector Enterprise under Department of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India having comprehensive capability in all facets of nuclear technology namely, Site Selection, Design, Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Renovation, Modernization & Up-gradation, Plant Life extension, Waste Management and Decommissioning of Nuclear Reactors in India under one roof.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), a premier Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of Trade Apprentices, Technician Apprentices and Graduate Apprentices in NPCIL, Kakrapar Gujarat Site under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and amendments made thereunder.

Eligibility Criteria:
Trade Apprentice: Candidates must have an ITI Pass Certificate in their respective Trade.

Diploma Apprentice: Candidates must possess a Diploma Pass Certificate in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Educational established by a State Government/ by a University/ by an Institute recognized by the State or Central Government as equivalent to a diploma in the respective Discipline.

Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must possess a graduate degree in engineering or technology streams or general streams such as BA, B.Sc., B.Com., etc. including sandwich courses granted by a College/ University recognized by AICTE/ UGC/ State Government/ Central Government.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years for all positions and must not have crossed the maximum age of 24 years for Trade Apprentice, 25 years for Diploma Apprentice, and 26 years for Graduate Apprentice as on 06-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected for training on the basis of marks obtained in their ITI/ Diploma/ Graduation course.

Stipend:
Trade Apprentice: Rs 10,560/-
Technician Apprentice: Rs 10,900/-
Graduate Apprentice: Rs 12,300/-
