MRB Tamil Nadu Recruitment 2026: 11 Audiometrician Vacancies

Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB), invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment to the post of Audiometrician in Tamil Nadu Medical Subordinate Service.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed HSC with Subjects Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology or Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any one of the related subjects.
AND
Candidates must have passed a one year certificate course in Audiometry from Government Medical Institutions under the control of the Director of Medical Education and Research or in any other institution recognized by the State or Central Government.
OR
Must have passed Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) in any University recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India
OR
Must have passed Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) in any University recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years as on 01-07-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored by the candidates in their academic and technical qualification.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 08

Application Fee: Rs. 300/- for SC/ SCA/ ST/ DW/ DAP candidates
Rs. 600/- for all other category candidates
