Madras Fertilizers Limited (MFL) is a Central Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India and is located at Manali, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. MFL is engaged in the manufacture of Ammonia, Urea, Complex Fertilizers and Bio-fertilizers. MFL’s activities include marketing of these fertilizers and trading in Organic Fertilizers and Agro Chemicals in accordance with the corporate objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

Technical Assistant Trainee Posts: The candidate must possess a Full time three years Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline.

Technician Posts: Candidates must have passed the SSLC with 3 years’ experience in relevant disicpline.

Junior Secretary cum Assistant Posts: The candidate must posses any full time Degree with English Typewriting Lower Grade, English Shorthand Lower Grade and MS Office.
OR
Three years Diploma in Commercial Practice or Modern Office Practice with Shorthand Lower Grade.
And
Candidates must have knowledge of CRM Tools and Hindi is preferable.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 26 years as on 05-04-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process:

Technical Assistant Trainee Posts: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Computer Based Test and will be called for document verification.

Technician and Junior Secretary cum Assistant Posts: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Computer Based Test and will be called for Skill/ Trade test.

Pay Scale: Rs.24,500 for Technical Assistant Trainee
Rs.22,500 for Junior Secretary cum Assistant
Rs.21,500 for Technician
