Jamia Millia Islamia invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various Non-Teaching positions in Jamia Millia Islamia.

Non-Teaching: 143 Vacancies

Deputy Registrar: 02 Vacancies
Section Officer: 09 Vacancies
Assistant: 12 Vacancies
Lower Division Clerk: 60 Vacancies
Multi Tasking Staff: 60 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for Deputy Registrar posts and 40 years for all other posts as on 31-07-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written test followed by the Interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level - 12 for Deputy Registrar posts
Pay Level - 07 for Section Officer posts
Pay Level - 06 for Assistant posts
Pay Level - 02 for Lower Division Clerk posts
Pay Level - 01 for Multi Tasking Staff posts

Application fee: Rs.1000/- for Group A positions, and Rs.700/- for Group B & C positions
Rs.500/- for Group A positions, and Rs.350/- for Group B & C positions of SC/ ST categories candidates
Divyangjan/ PwBD candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
