Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIMJ), invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Non-Faculty Positions.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 55 years for Project Engineer, 45 years for Deputy System Manager, Administrative Officer, International Relations Officer, Compliance Officer, 40 years for Assistant Placement Officer, Assistant International Relations Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and 35 years for Junior Executive, and Junior Engineer posts as on 19-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process:

For posts in Level 6 and below: Candidates will be selected based on marks obtained in the prescribed qualification, Written Test and Skill Test and Interview if considered necessary.

For posts in Level 8: Candidates will be selected based on marks obtained in the prescribed Written Test, Skilled test followed with Interview.

For posts of Level 10 & above: Candidates will be selected based on personal interviews.

Scale of Pay: Pay Level- 12 for Project Engineer Posts
Pay Level- 10 for Compliance Officer, International Relations Officer, Administrative Officer, Deputy System Manager Posts
Pay Level- 08 for Assistant Administrative Officer, Assistant International Relations Officer, Assistant Placement Officer Posts
Pay Level- 06 for Executive, Junior Engineer Posts
Pay Level- 04 for Junior Executive Posts
