The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory body set up under an act of Parliament, the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, to regulate and develop the profession of Company Secretaries in India.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of various posts at its Headquarters at New Delhi/ Noida, CCGRTs (Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad & Manesar), Regional Offices (New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai & Chennai) and Chapter Offices.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for Joint Director, and Information Security Officer posts, 40 years for Deputy Director, IT Security Manager, Research Associate, Executive, and Accountant, 62 years for Dean posts as on 01-05-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected based on the written test/ interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 12 for Joint Director, and Information Security Officer posts
Pay Level of 11 for Deputy Director posts
Pay Level of 10 for IT Security Manager posts
Pay Level of 08 for Executive posts
Pay Level of 04 for Executive Assistant posts
