Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts under High Court of Punjab and Haryana (S.S.S.C.) on behalf of the District and Sessions Judges in the State of Haryana, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Clerks positions in the Subordinate Courts of Haryana.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree of Arts or Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized university and have proficiency in computers (Word Processing and Spreadsheets).

Candidates must have passed matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject or should have done +2/B.A./Μ.Α. with Hindi as one of the subject.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 42 years as of 01-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: The Candidates will be selected on the basis of an online written examination (Computer-Based Test) of 100 marks, a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) followed by the Computer Typing Test.

Spreadsheet test (10 marks) shall be only qualifying in nature of 10 minutes duration. To qualify for the spreadsheet test, candidates must secure 40% or more marks. candidates will have to qualify the Computer Typing Test in English at the speed of 30 W.P.M.

Application Fee: Rs.710 for males and females of SC(DSC)/SC (OSC)/BC-A/BC-B/ESM/EWS of Haryana.
Rs. 1200 for all other male category candidates
Rs. 875 for all other female category candidates
PwBD categories candidates of Haryana are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
