Job Description :

Health Department, Haryana Recruitment of Medical Officers, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Medical Officer (Haryana Civil Medical Services Group-A) in various Health institutions of the State on regular basis.

Medical Officer: 450 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized University or any other University or Institution recognized by the National Medical Commission
And
Permanent Registered as Medical Practitioner with National Medical Commission (erstwhile Medical Council of India) or any other State Medical Council in Indian Union
And
Candidate must have knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standared or higher education. Preference shall be given to candidates having MD/MS degree/PG diploma approved by NMC.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 22 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years of age as of 07-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: The candidate will be selected based on final merit that will be computed based on the marks secured at the Written test of a total of 100 marks, Post Graduate Degree of 14 marks, and Post Graduate Diploma of 10 marks.

If a candidate has both a diploma and a degree, then the marks for a degree only shall be considered.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 10

Application Fee: Rs.1000/- for Male candidates of the General category including the Dependent Son of an Ex-Serviceman of Haryana and Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States.
Rs.250/- for all Female candidates of the General category including Female Dependent of ESM of Haryana only and for Female candidates of all reserved categories of other States.
Rs.250/- for Male & Female candidates of OSC/ DSC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ EWS/ ESM categories of Haryana only.
Candidates from Haryana with Benchmark Disabilities are exempted from paying of application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
