The Gauhati High Court at Guwahati invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Multi Tasking Staff positions.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have class-VIII standard; and those who have passed HSSLC (Higher Secondary) or above shall not be eligible to apply for the said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 26-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: The candidate will be selected on the basis of Written Examination (Descriptive Type) for 70 marks, followed by the Viva voce/ Interview of 20 marks.

Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000 - 52,000/-

Application Fee: Rs.250/- for SC/ ST(P)/ ST(H) category candidates are exempted from the application fee.
Rs. 500/- for all others Candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
