Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences invites online application from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Nursing Officer positions.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies:

Nursing Officer: 422 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing/ B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University; OR B.Sc. (Post- Certificate)/ Post- Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University;
Candidates must have registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/ Indian Nursing Council
OR
Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council
recognized Institute/ Board or Council;

Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State/ Indian Nursing Council;

Two years of experience in a minimum 50-bedded Hospital after acquiring the qualification.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 06-11-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of two stages exam:

Screening Examination
Main Examination

The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the mains exam only.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 07

Application fee: Rs.1180/- for General/ OBC/ EWS category candidates
Rs.708 for SC/ ST category candidates
PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
