Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ company of the Government of India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Executive Trainees in various disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.
 
Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years of age as of 06-01-2025. Applicants should be born on or after 07 January 1998. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Duration of Training: One year for Executive Trainee.

Selection Process:
The selection process comprises of two phases:

Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test: The Online Test shall be of 60 Minutes duration comprising of 60 Multiple Choice Questions in the areas of General Awareness (5 Marks), English Language (5 marks), Numerical Ability (5 marks), Reasoning Ability (5 marks) and Subject Based (40 marks). Each question carries one mark and there will be no negative marks.

Phase-II: Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills and Personal Interview (40 marks)

The Phase I Online test shall be held at various test centres in Kerala, and Phase-II shall be held at CSL, Kochi.

Emoluments: Rs.40000/- per month
