Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for various posts under the Department of Public Health and Family Welfare, Government of Chhattisgarh.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies: 21 Vacancies

Psychiatrist Specialist: 06 Vacancies
Pathology Specialist: 01 Vacancy
Clinical Psychologist: 12 Vacancies
Counselor Psychiatrist: 02 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree or diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognized university (recognized by the Medical Council of India or any other recognized authority).

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 25 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for Psychiatrist Specialist and Pathology Specialist.
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for Clinical Psychologist, and Counselor Psychiatrist as on 01-01-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination and Interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level-13 for Psychiatrist Specialist, Pathology Specialist Posts
Pay Level-12 for Clinical Psychologist, Counselor Psychiatrist Posts

Application Fee: For applicants resident outside Chhattisgarh state, an application fee of Rs 400/- will be payable.
No examination fee will be charged to applicants who are local residents of Chhattisgarh state.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
