Tripura Public Service Commission Agartala invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Agriculture Officer, TAFS, under the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of Tripura.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies:

Agriculture Officer: 136 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture from recognized University/ Institution.

Desirable: Knowledge of Agro-climatic condition of Tripura.
Having Knowledge of Bengali or Kok-borok.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as of 20-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected of a Written Examination of 180 marks and the Interview/ Personality Test of 20 marks.

Pay Scale: Rs.10,230 - 34,800/-

Application Fee: Rs.350/- for General category candidates.
Rs.250/- for ST/ SC/ BPL card holder category candidates.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
