Job Description :

Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) set up on 2nd April 1990 under an Act of the Indian Parliament, acts as the Principal Financial Institution for the Promotion, Financing, and Development of the Micro, Smal,l and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector as well as for co-ordination of functions of institutions engaged in similar activities.

Small Industries Development Bank of India invites online applications for the direct recruitment of various posts on a Contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Program Manager Posts: The candidate must possess a Graduate degree in India or fa oreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Network Operations Manager Posts: Candidate must possess a B.Tech./ B.E. in Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunication Engineering or MCA or Equivalent Degree in the above specified disciplines from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Government of India/ approved by Government Regulatory Bodies.

Infrastructure Security Specialist Posts: The candidate must possess full-time Graduate from an accredited institution Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 54 years for Senior Program Manager, 40 years for Network Operations Manager and Infrastructure Security Specialist posts as on 21-03-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, to prepare a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview.

The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained in the interview only.
