Job Description :

The State Bank of India (SBI) invites Online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Specialist Cadre Officer on Regular/ Contract Basis.

VP Wealth (SRM): 506 Vacancies
AVP Wealth (RM): 206 Vacancies
Customer Relationship Executive: 284 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 26 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 42 years for VP Wealth posts.

Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 23 years (20 years for Customer Relationship Executive) and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for AVP Wealth posts as on 01-05-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Shortlisting followed by the Interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview.

Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only.

Contract Period: 5 Years

Emoluments: Rs. 44.70 Lacs CTC for VP Wealth posts
Rs. 30.20 Lacs CTC for AVP Wealth posts
Rs. 6.20 Lacs for Customer Relationship Executive Posts

Application Fee: Rs.750/- for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates.
Candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ PwBD are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Selection Process: The selection process will comprise shortlisting of the candidate followed by one or more rounds of personal/ Telephonic/ Video interview and CTC negotiations. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview.

Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only.

Suggested Place of Posting: Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Guwahati.
