Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant

Section Officer (Finance): CA (Inter)/ ICMA (Inter)/ M. Com/ MBA (Finance)

Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 32 years as on 04-02-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test followed by an interview.

Test Centers for Written Test: Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Guwahati

Period of Probation: One Year

Pay Scale: Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000  for Assistant Manager
Rs. 26,000 - 96,000 for Section Officer (Finance)

Application Fee: Rs.600 for General/ OBC category candidates
Rs.300 for EWS/ SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates
