Job Description :

High Court of Judicature at Patna invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Stenographer posts under the Patna High Court Officers and Staff Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time in the Establishment of the High Court of Judicature at Patna.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognised Board/ University
And
The candidate must have a certificate of English Shorthand and English Typing from a recognised institution
And
The candidate must have a Diploma/ Certificate of at least six months’ Course in Computer Application from a recognised institution
And
The candidate must have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 37 years as on 01-01-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test of 250 marks followed by the Interview.

Centre of Examination: The Examination Centres are to be allocated in the city of Patna.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 04

Application Fee: Rs. 1100/- for Unreserved/ BC/ EBC/ EWS candidates
Rs. 550/- for SC/ ST/ OH candidates
