  Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 Arts/ Science/ Commerce examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or equivalent examination with basic knowledge of computer application. Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia.

  Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10 pass) with a typing speed of 40 WPM and knowledge of Computer Applications for Junior Grade Typist posts.

  Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 (18 years for Junior Grade Typist posts) years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 38 years as on 01-01-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

  Selection Process: Candidates will selected on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination, Computer Skill Test, and Certificate Verification.

  Scale of Pay: Rs.25,500 - 81,100 for Junior Stenographer posts
  Rs.19,900 - 63,200 for Junior Grade Typist posts
