Ordnance Factory Dehu Road, Unit of Munitions India Ltd invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment to the posts of Tenure Based Graduate/ Diploma Project Engineer in Chemical/ Mechanical on a contract basis initially for a period of One year which may be extended up to a maximum period of Four years from the date of engagement based on factory requirement and individual performance.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) Degree or Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering.

Ex-Graduate apprentice who has undergone a minimum of one year training as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 in the Chemical / Mechanical trade of Ordnance Factories under MIL or Ordnance Factories manufacturing Military Ammunition and Explosives.
OR
Persons who are trained/experienced for one year in Factories manufacturing military ammunition and Explosives will be engaged on Tenure base hiring as a Graduate Project Engineer.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 21-05-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on the Marks scored in Degree/ Diploma and personal Interaction/ Interview only, in the order of Merit. 

Pay Scale: Rs. 36000/- (1st Year), Rs. 37080/- (2nd Year), Rs. 38192/- (3rd Year), Rs. 39338/- (4th Year) + IDA
