NIACL Administrative Officer Recruitment 2025-26: 550 Vacancies

The New India Assurance Company Ltd. (NIACL), a leading public sector general insurance company, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 550 Administrative Officer positions (Generalists and Specialists) in the Scale-I cadre.

Eligibility Criteria:
Generalists: Candidate must possess a bachelor's graduate/ postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government with at least 60% marks.

Specialists (Accounts): Chartered Accountant (ICAI)/ Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earlier known as ICWAI) and Graduation/ Post-graduation in any discipline with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) Or MBA Finance/ PGDM Finance/ M.Com with min 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 30 years as on 01-08-2025. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1995 and not later than 01-08-2004 (both dates inclusive). However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives. 

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through a preliminary examination of 100 marks, followed by a Main exam of 200 Marks. Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of Phase II will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by the Company.

Pay Scale: Rs. 50,925/- per month

Application Fee: Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PwBD category candidates
Rs. 850/- for all other candidates
