IREL (India) Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Undertaking, under the Administrative Control of Department of Atomic Energy, having its Corporate Office at Mumbai and is operating its Atomic Mineral Mining and Mineral Separation Plants at Chavara (Kerala), Manavalakurichi (Tamil Nadu) & Orissa Sands Complex (OSCOM) (Odisha) to produce Ilmenite, Rutile, Zircon, Sillimanite, Garnet etc.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for General Manager, 46 years for Deputy General Manager, 42 years for Chief Manager, 38 years for Senior Manager, and 28 years for Assistant Manager posts as on 10-04-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the Personal Interview, Psychometric test, and group exercise.

Pay Scale: Rs.1,00,000 - 2,60,000 for General Manager posts
Rs.90,000 - 2,40,000 for Deputy General Manager posts
Rs.80,000 - 2,20,000 for Chief Manager posts
Rs.70,000 - 2,00,000 for Senior Manager posts
Rs.60,000 - 1,80,000 for Manager posts
Rs.50,000 - 1,60,000 for Deputy Manager posts
Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000 for Assistant Manager posts

Application Fee: Rs. 500/-
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen are exempted from submission of application fee.
