Job Description :

IRCTC/ East Zone invites eligible candidates to appear for a walk-in-interview for the post of Hospitality Monitor on Contractual basis for a period of 2 years and extendable by 1 year based on requirement and satisfactory performance.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a full-time B.Sc. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a Central or State Institute of Hotel Management (CIHM/ SIHM/ PIHM) affiliated to the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology/ UGC/ AICTE/ Government of India
(ii) BBA/ MBA (Culinary Arts) from the Indian Culinary Institutes under the Ministry of Tourism.
(iii) B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from Government-recognized Universities affiliated to UGC/ AICTE/ Government of India.
(iv) M.B.A. (Tourism and Hotel Management) from Government-recognized Universities affiliated to UGC/ AICTE/ Government of India.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 21-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of the Walk-in Interview.

Place of Posting: The selected candidates may be posted in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa & Rajasthan State.

Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/-
