Job Description :

Indian Oil Corporation Limited, one of the largest commercial undertakings in India and a Fortune “Global 500” Company, as a measure of Skill Building Initiative for the Nation, invites applications from candidates for engagement as Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961/ 1973 in Trade/ Technician Disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Trade Apprentice: The candidate must have passed Matric with a regular full-time 2 (Two) year ITI (Electrician) course recognized by NCVT/ SCVT.

Technician Apprentice: The candidate must possess a 3-year regular full-time Diploma in a relevant discipline from an Institute/ University recognized by AICTE/ UGC.

Graduate Apprentice: The candidate must possess a regular full-time Graduate Degree in any discipline from an Institute/ University recognized by AICTE/ UGC.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 24 years as on 31-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks secured in the prescribed qualification for the post.

The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and will have to complete Pre-engagement medical fitness test for being adjudged suitable for engagement.

Training Period: 12 Months
