Job Description :

Applications are invited from eligible unmarried male Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects and appeared in the JEE (Mains) 2025 examination and fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed in the subsequent paragraphs, for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Army for Technical Entry Scheme (TES-55).

Selected candidates will be on training for a period of four years and on successful completion of the course, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lieutenant.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from recognized education boards and Candidate must have appeared in JEE Mains 2025.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 16.5 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 19.5 years as on 01-07-2026. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02 Jul 2007 and not later than 01 Jan 2010. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be intimated to the selection centre via email. After the allotment of the Selection Centre, SSB dates will be allotted to the candidates.

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at one of the Selection Centres viz. Prayagraj (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), and Jalandhar (Punjab) were conducted by psychologists, group testing officers, and interviewing officers.

Candidates will be selected based on a two-stage selection procedure. Candidates who clear Stage I will go to Stage II. Those who fail in stage I will be returned on the same day. The duration of the SSB interview is five days.
