Job Description :

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Junior Technician positions.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field OR a Diploma in Engineering of three years’ duration in a relevant field, or an ITI with 3 years’ experience.

Candidates must have knowledge of computer applications.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 15-09-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written/ Skill Test to be held by the Institute.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 03

Application Fee: Rs. 500/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD and Female candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
