Eligibility Criteria: Candidates applying under the PACS Quota, i.e., the quota reserved for Trained Secretaries of PACS in Himachal Pradesh, are advised to carefully review the essential qualifications prescribed for the respective posts before applying.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years as on 01-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of the online examination, followed by the Document Verification.

Reasoning: 30 Marks
Numerical Ability: 30 Marks
English: 30 Marks
General Awareness: 30 Marks
H.P. Coop. Societies Act and HP Coop Societies Rules: 30 Marks

Shortlisted candidates will be called for the process of verification/scrutiny of documents.

The final merit list will be made on the basis of merit of the online examination after verifying the documents.
