Job Description :

Haryana Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Scientist - B in the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess an M.Sc. Degree in first division in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Bio-Chemistry/ Environmental Science (with Bachelor's Degree in Science).

Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Higher Education.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 42 years as on 16-06-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on a Screening test and/or Subject Knowledge Test followed by a personal interview.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 53,100 - 1,67,800/-

Application Fee: Rs.1000/- for Male candidates of General category, including Dependent Son of Ex-Serviceman, Backward Classes of Creamy Layer of other States
Rs.250/- for female, and Male & Female candidates of DSC/ OSC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ ESM categories of Haryana and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) candidates.
Candidates belonging to the PwBD category of Haryana only are exempted from payment of any application fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
