HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited, in short HRRL, was set up in September 2013. This is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited or HPCL and the Government of Rajasthan. The equity share is 74 % by HPCL and 26 % by GoR. HRRL is building a 9 MMTPA refinery‑cum‑petrochemical complex at Pachpadra near Balotra in Rajasthan — designed to process both imported crude oil and local Rajasthan crude. This greenfield project is expected to be commissioned by around 2026.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years for Junior Executive, Asst. Accounts Officer, 29 years for Engineer, Medical Officer, Accounts Officer 34 years for Senior Engineer, and 42 years for Senior Manager posts as on 13-05-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process:

For Positions in S/G E0 (Jr. Executive – Fire & Safety, Chemical & Mechanical): The multiple-stage selection process will comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test followed by the Personal Interview. Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria will be considered for appearing in CBT.

For Positions in S/G E1 and E2 (Asst. Accounts Officer/ Medical Officer/ Asst. Engineer & Engineer): The multiple-stage selection process will comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Task/ Group Discussion followed by the Personal Interview.

For Positions in S/G E3 and E5 (Sr. Engineer/ Sr. Manager): The selection process will comprise of two stages i.e. Technical Competency Interview and Behavioral Competency Interview by a Panel.

Probation: The Selected Officers will be on Probation for one year from the date of joining.

Pay Scale: E0 Rs.30,000 - Rs.1,20,000/- per month for Junior Executive Posts
E1 Rs.40,000 - Rs.1,40,000 per month for Assistant Engineer/ Officer Posts
E2 Rs.50,000 - Rs.1,60,000/- per month for Engineer/ Officer Posts
E3 Rs.60,000 - Rs.1,80,000/- per month for Senior Engineer/ Officer Posts
E5 Rs.80,000 - Rs.2,20,000/- per month for Senior Manager Posts
