Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years for Junior Executive, 29 years for Engineer (34 years for Senior Engineer) posts, and 42 years for Senior Manager posts as on 15-01-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process:

For Positions in S/G E0 (Jr. Executive-Chemical): The multiple-stage selection process will comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test & Personal Interview. Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria will be considered for appearing in CBT.

For Positions in S/G E2 (Engineer/ Officer): The multiple-stage selection process will comprise of Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion & Personal Interview.

For Positions in S/G E3 & E5 (Sr. Engineer/ Sr. Manager): The selection process will comprise of two stages i.e. Technical Competency Interview and Behavioral Competency Interview by a Panel.

Probation: The Selected Officers will be on Probation for one year from the date of joining.

Pay Scale: E0 Rs.30,000-Rs.1,20,000/- per month for Junior Executive
E2 Rs.50,000-Rs.1,60,000/- per month for Engineer
E3 Rs.60,000-Rs.1,80,000/- per month for Senior Engineer
E5 Rs.80,000 - Rs.2,20,000

Application Fee: Rs.1180/ for UR/OBCNCL/EWS candidates.
SC/ST/PwBD are exempted from payment of the application fee.

General Aptitude comprises English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test & Intellectual Potential test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).

Technical/ Professional Knowledge comprising of questions related to Qualifying degree/ Educational background/practical knowledge required for the applied position applied for.

Candidates must meet the following minimum physical standards for Jr. Executive-Fire & Safety-(E0):
For Male- Height: 165 CM, Weight: 50 Kg, Chest: Normal: 81 CM, Expanded: 86.5 CM.
For Female- Height: 157 CM, Weight: 46 Kg
