    Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) was established on July 15, 1974. HPCL is a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) with annual gross sales of Rs. 4,59,815 Crore during 2023-24. HPCL achieved the highest-ever sales volume of 46.8 MMT and processed the highest-ever 22.3 million tonnes of crude during 2023-24, with 103% of refinery capacity utilization, and achieved the highest-ever pipeline throughput of 25.8 MMT during the year.

    Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

    Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years for Executive Assistant, Junior Executive, and Engineer posts.
    Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years for Chartered Accountants, Officer, and Safety Officer posts.
    Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years for Senior Officer posts.
    Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 29 years for IS Officer posts.
    Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years for Deputy General Manager, and 48 years for General Manager posts as on 15-07-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

    Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test/ Written Test/ NET Score/ Typing Test, Group Task/ Group Discussion, Psychometric Assessment, Skill Test, Personal Interview, Moot court (only for Law Officers), Physical Fitness Efficiency Test etc.

    Pay Scale: Rs.30,000- 1,20,000/- for Executive Assistant, Junior Executive Posts
    Rs.50,000- 1,60,000/- for Engineer, CA, Officer Posts
    Rs.60,000- 1,80,000/- for Senior Officer Posts
    Rs.80,000- 2,20,000/- for Manager Posts
    Rs.1,20,000- 2,80,000/- for General Manager, Deputy General Manager Posts

    Application Fee: Rs.1180 for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS categories candidates.
    SC/ ST/ PwBD categoriese candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
