Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 52 years for the Deputy General Manager post as on 24-10-2024. Applicants should be born on or after 25-10-1972.
Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 50 years for the Assistant General Manager post as on 24-10-2024. Applicants should be born on or after 25-10-1974.
Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years for the Manager post as on 24-10-2024. Applicants should be born on or after 25-10-1984.
Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years for the Deputy Manager post as on 24-10-2024. Applicants should be born on or after 25-10-1989. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of work experience in the relevant job/ area, a PowerPoint presentation on work experience, and a group discussion followed by a personal interview.

Pay Scale: E6 grade of Rs. 1,86,120 for Deputy General Manager posts
E5 grade of 1,65,440 for Assistant General Manager posts
E3 grade of 1,24,000 for Manager posts
E2 grade of 1,03,400 for Deputy Manager posts

Application Fee: Rs. 1,000/-, and candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.

Executive Trainee (Human Resource): 01 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.
AND
b) Two-year Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University:
(i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma
with specialization in HR OR
(ii) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR
(iii) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.

Desirable: Proficiency in Computer Applications like SAP, MS Project, MS Office etc.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 24-10-2024. Applicants should be born on or after 25-10-1997. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Objective Type Test (60 marks), group discussion (10 marks) and writing skills (10 marks) followed by a personal interview (20 marks).

Pay Scale: 90,870/-  per month
