Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a vertically integrated, multi-unit, Schedule—A Miniratna Category—I Central Public Sector Enterprise, is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for appointment to various posts.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 55 years for Deputy General Manager posts, 40 years for Deputy Manager posts, 35 years for Assistant Manager posts, and 28 years for Management Trainee as on 01-10-2024. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process:
Deputy General Manager and Deputy Manager Posts: The candidate will be selected on the basis of Performance in the Personal Interview.
Assistant Manager and Management Trainee Post: Candidate will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview.

Remuneration:
Grade- E7 Rs 100000 - 260000 for Deputy General Manager Posts
Grade – E2 Rs 50000 - 160000 for Deputy Manager Posts
Grade- E1 Rs 40000 - 140000 for Assistant Manager and Management Trainee

Application Fee: Rs.500 for General/ OBC/ EWS category candidates.
SC/ ST/ PwBD categories candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
