GSL is a Central Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Defence and is a Schedule ‘B’ Mini Ratna Category-I Company, engaged in designing and building Ships for Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and for other customers including friendly foreign countries.

Goa Shipyard Limited invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Management Trainee posts in various disciplines.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must possess a full time Regular Bachelor Degree on a relevant discipline from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum First class or 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 33 years as on 31-07-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written test of 85 marks, followed by the Document Verification and Interview.

Emoluments: Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000

SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
