The Gauhati High Court at Guwahati invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of Judicial Assistant posts in the Principal Seat of the Gauhati High Court at Gauhati.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a recognized University.

Candidates must have a working knowledge of Computer.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years as on 26-01-2026. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Examination of 120 marks followed by a Interview/ Viva-voce of 20 marks.

Pay Scale: 14,000 - 70,000

Application Fee: Rs.500, for UR/ OBC/ MOBC category candidates
Rs.250/- for ST/ SC category candidates.
PwBD categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.
