Job Description :

The Gauhati High Court at Guwahati invites online applications from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment of a Judicial Assistant, and Group D posts in the Aizawl Bench of the Gauhati High Court at Aizawl, Mizoram.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies: 13 Vacancies

Judicial Assistant: 03 Vacancies
Library Assistant: 01 Vacancy
Group D: 09 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria:

Judicial and Library Assistant Posts: Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a recognized University.

Group D Posts: Candidates must have passed the class 8th.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 35 years as on 04-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview.

Pay Scale: Pay Level 04 for Judicial and Library Assistant Posts
Pay Level 01 for Group D Posts

Application Fee: Rs.500, for all others category candidates
Rs.250/- for ST/ SC category candidates.
PwBD categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee online.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a graduate degree from a recognized University.

Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 40 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of a Written Examination for 120 marks followed by a Personal Interview for 20 marks.

Pay Scale: 14,000 - 70000/-
