Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ company of the Government of India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Workmen on contract basis for CSL.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 45 years of age as of 30-12-2024. Applicants should be born on or after 31 December 1979. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process:
The selection process comprises two phases:

Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test: The Online Test shall be of 35 Minutes duration comprising of 30 Multiple Choice Questions and consists of two parts - General (Part A - 10 marks) and Trade related (Part B - 20 marks). Each question carries one mark and there will be no negative marks.

Phase II: Practical test

The Phase I Online test shall be held at various test centres in Kerala, and Phase-II shall be held at CSL, Kochi.

Period of Contract: Five years

Emoluments: Rs.23,300/- per month
