Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Miniratna Schedule ‘A’ Company of the Government of India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Ship Draftsman Trainees for CSL.

Ship Draftsman Trainee: 35 Vacancies

Mechanical: 20 Vacancy
Electrical: 13 Vacancies
Electronics: 02 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed a Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline with minimum of 60% of marks, with flair for
Draftsmanship and proficiency in CAD.

Candidates possessing higher engineering qualifications than a diploma will not be considered.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 25 years on 22-08-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Practical test of 100 marks. Candidates are required to prepare a drawing using CAD software which shall be held at CSL, Kochi.

Stipend: First Year Rs.14000/-
Second Year Rs.20000/-

Period of Training: 02 Years

Application Fee: Rs.300/-
SC/ ST categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
