Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a listed premier Miniratna Schedule ‘A’ Company of the Government of India, invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Executive Trainees for CSL.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years on 20-02-2026. Candidates should be born on or after 21 February 1999. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of two phases of selection process:

Phase-I - Objective Type Online Test (60 marks)

Phase-II - Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills and Personal Interview (40 marks).

The Phase I Online test shall be held at various test centres in Kerala.
The Phase-II shall be held at CSL, Kochi.

Stipend: First Year Rs.82720/-

Period of Training: 01 Year

Application Fee: Rs.1000/-
SC/ ST categories candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
