Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have fulfilled the minimum eligibility criteria as required educational and professional qualification, experiences if any, and other important guidelines as suggested in the official advertisement to be eligible for consideration for said post.
Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 28 years as on 02-06-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.
Selection Process:
Technical Assistant Posts: The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a competitive written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the competitive written examination.
Technician Posts: The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a competitive written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the competitive written examination.
Junior Secretariat Assistant Posts: The selection will be made based on the merit list of the Competitive Written Examination and Proficiency Test in computer typing which is qualifying in nature. The eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for the Competitive Written Examination. The merit list will only comprise of those Candidates who have qualified the proficiency test in computer typing speed.
Pay Scale: Pay Level 02 Rs.19,900 - 63,200 for Technician and Junior Secretariat Assistant Posts
Pay Level 06 Rs.35,400 - 1,12,400 for Technical Assistant Posts
Application Fee: Rs. 500 for UR/ OBC/ EWS category candidates
Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women/ Ex-Servicemen are exempted from submission of application fee.
