CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, which is an autonomous organization under the Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. CSIR-IITR is a multidisciplinary research institute with the motto – Safety to Environment & Health and Service to Industry addresses problems critical to human health and the environment.

CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Junior Stenographers positions.

Name of the Post and Number of Vacancies:

Junior Stenographers: 04 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed minimum education qualification of 10+2/ XII or its equivalent and proficiency Test in Stenography, either in English or in Hindi as per prescribed norms of DoPT/ CSIR.

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and must not have crossed the maximum age of 27 years as on 31-05-2025. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government directives.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Competitive Written Examination followed by the Proficiency Test in Stenography. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance in the proficiency test of stenography.

Pay Scale: Pay Level of 04

Application Fee: Rs.500/-
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Women/ CSIR Employees/ Ex-Servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
