Applications are invited from candidates of Project Assistant on a contract basis, at Cordite Factory, Aruvankadu, The Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, for a period of one year from the date of engagement, and extendable by one more year, based on factory requirements and individual performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

Project Assistant (HR): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with MBA/ PG Diploma in HR Management/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations.

Desirable: Experience of working in SAP.

Project Assistant (FIN): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Economics with MBA (Finance) or equivalent or CA (Inter)/ CMA (Inter).

Desirable: Experience of working in SAP.

Project Assistant (MM): Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with MBA/ PG Diploma in Material Management/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ Operations Management.

Desirable: Experience of working in SAP.

Upper Age Limit: Candidates must not have crossed the maximum age of 60 years. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable per government rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview/ Interaction, Document Verification, followed by the Merit List.

Remuneration: Basic Pay of Rs.25,000
